The level of physical condition estimation

Check the level of your initial physical condition before you start to follow the active health program. If you exercise regularly, your level of condition significantly increase after approximately three months.

After reaching the required condition continue with constant exercise program.

The estimated values of BMI and body fat are valid for common unsportsmanlike population.
